Ceramic fiber blankets are high-temperature resistant insulation materials made from high-purity alumina and aluminum silicate fibers using a needle-punching process. The product features low thermal conductivity, low shrinkage, excellent thermal shock resistance, and a high-strength fiber structure, maintaining good stability even under high-temperature conditions. It is commonly used in industrial furnace linings, thermal insulation pads, fire-resistant protective layers, and building fireproofing materials, providing a reliable insulation solution for various high-temperature environments.
Product Description
Ceramic fiber blankets are lightweight, flexible, and contain no adhesives, so they do not release harmful gases during use. They also have excellent high-temperature resistance, and depending on the purity of the material and the additives, they can meet different temperature requirements such as 1260°C, 1400°C, 1500°C, and 1600°C.
The product uses a double-sided needle punching process to ensure uniform fiber distribution and stable structure, resulting in high tensile strength and good processability. It can be cut, bent, or layered as needed.
