Description

The CT-103 uses a corrosion-resistant metal-coated sensing element, specifically designed for strong acid and alkali environments. It possesses excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for temperature measurement needs in pharmaceutical, chemical, and other specialized industries. The screw-fixing design facilitates installation on pipelines or equipment surfaces, ensuring a stable and reliable sensing point.

• Type K thermocouple: Approximately –50°C to +1200°C

• J-type thermocouple: approx. –40°C ~ +750°C
• R/S/B type thermocouple: approx. +600°C ~ +1600°C
• PT100: –200°C ~ +500°C (depending on package and wire material)

Probe Appearance and Dimensions

• Standard rod-shaped probe diameters: Φ3.2, Φ4.8, Φ5, Φ6.3 mm, Φ9.5 mm (custom sizes available)
• Probe length: can be specified as needed (e.g., 30mm, 50mm, 100mm and above)

Wire Material Selection

• PVC wire: Temperature resistant from -20°C to 105°C, suitable for normal temperature environments, and affordable.
• Teflon wire: Temperature resistance from -60°C to 200°C, oil and acid/alkali resistant.
• Fiberglass braided yarn: Temperature resistant up to 400°C, suitable for high-temperature industrial environments.
• Metal braided wire: Temperature resistant up to 500°C, wear-resistant and interference-resistant, suitable for high-frequency interference areas.
