The CT-108 slim-probe temperature sensor is designed for high-precision temperature measurement and is suitable for various industrial environments. Its slim-probe design enables accurate temperature monitoring, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring high-precision measurements.

Description

The CT-108 features a fine-speed probe design, suitable for precise temperature measurement. Its sensing element offers high accuracy and is suitable for applications with a temperature range of 0–1000°C. Furthermore, the diameter, length, and material of the sensing rod can be customized to meet various special application requirements.

Sensing Element

  • Thermocouples: Types K, T, J, R, S, and B
  • Platinum resistors: PT100, PT1000, PT500

Accuracy Class

  • Class A, Class B, 1/10 DIN, 1/5 DIN, 1/3 DIN (select according to application)

Wiring Method

  • 2-wire, 3-wire, 4-wire

Wire Length

  • Standard length 1 meter, can be extended as needed.

Temperature Range (depending on the sensing element)

  • Type K thermocouple: Approximately –50°C to +1200°C
  • Type T thermocouple: Approximately –250°C to +350°C
  • J-type thermocouple: approx. –40°C ~ +750°C
  • R/S/B type thermocouple: approx. +600°C ~ +1600°C
  • PT100: –200°C ~ +500°C (depending on package and wire material)

Probe Appearance and Dimensions

  • Standard probe diameters: Φ1.6, Φ3.2, Φ4.8, Φ6.3 mm (Φ0.25, Φ0.5, Φ1.0 can be customized)
  • Probe length: can be specified as needed (e.g., 30mm, 50mm, 100mm and above)

Wire Material Selection

  • PVC wire: Temperature resistant from -20°C to 105°C, suitable for normal temperature environments, and affordable.
  • Teflon wire: Temperature resistance from -60°C to 200°C, oil and acid/alkali resistant.
  • Fiberglass braided yarn: Temperature resistant up to 400°C, suitable for high-temperature industrial environments.
  • Metal braided wire: Temperature resistant up to 500°C, wear-resistant and interference-resistant, suitable for high-frequency interference areas.
