The CT-110 is a screw-mounted temperature sensor that offers excellent stability and ease of installation, making it suitable for temperature measurement environments requiring locking. It can be equipped with K or J type thermocouples or PT100 platinum resistors, and various probe sizes and wire materials are available for customization. It is widely used in machinery, metal processing, plastic injection molding, ovens, and automation systems.

Description

The CT-110 screw-type temperature sensor is a high-stability temperature sensing element designed specifically for industrial environments. Its screw-thread fastening system allows for easy attachment to equipment or mold surfaces, ensuring a fixed and stable temperature measurement position. This model can be paired with either a K-type or J-type thermocouple, or a PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensor, to meet different temperature range and accuracy requirements.

The CT-110 supports various size and connector customization services, including probe length, outer diameter, thread specifications, wire length and output connectors, which can be flexibly configured according to actual applications.

  • Standard probe diameters: Φ1.6, Φ3.2, Φ4.8, Φ6.3 mm (Φ0.25, Φ0.5, Φ1.0 can be customized)
  • Probe length: can be specified as needed (e.g., 30mm, 50mm, 100mm and above)

Wire Material Selection

  • PVC wire: Temperature resistant from -20°C to 105°C, suitable for normal temperature environments, and affordable.
  • Teflon wire: Temperature resistance from -60°C to 200°C, oil and acid/alkali resistant.
  • Fiberglass braided yarn: Temperature resistant up to 400°C, suitable for high-temperature industrial environments.
  • Metal braided wire: Temperature resistant up to 500°C, wear-resistant and interference-resistant, suitable for high-frequency interference areas.
