Description
The CT-120 adjustable thread temperature sensor features a flexible thread design, allowing for easy adjustment of the sensing depth and convenient installation on walls or in molds of varying thicknesses. This sensor supports a variety of sensing elements, including K-type and J-type thermocouples and PT100 platinum resistors, meeting the diverse temperature range and measurement accuracy requirements of various industrial applications.

- Standard probe diameters: Φ1.6, Φ3.2, Φ4.8, Φ6.3 mm (Φ0.25, Φ0.5, Φ1.0 can be customized)
- Probe length: can be specified as needed (e.g., 30mm, 50mm, 100mm and above)
Wire Material Selection
- PVC wire: Temperature resistant from -20°C to 105°C, suitable for normal temperature environments, and affordable.
- Teflon wire: Temperature resistance from -60°C to 200°C, oil and acid/alkali resistant.
- Fiberglass braided yarn: Temperature resistant up to 400°C, suitable for high-temperature industrial environments.
- Metal braided wire: Temperature resistant up to 500°C, wear-resistant and interference-resistant, suitable for high-frequency interference areas.
