CT-121 Pipe Threaded Temperature Probe
Pressure-resistant thread design for industrial-grade temperature sensing applications.

The CT-121 is a fixed-thread temperature sensor suitable for installation environments requiring secure fastening to pipes, containers, or heating systems. It features a stable mounting structure and excellent sealing, supports K/J type thermocouples and PT100 platinum resistance thermometers, and can be customized in probe size, thread specifications, wire type, and connector type. It is widely used in industrial temperature control applications such as automated equipment, plastic injection machines, and heat treatment furnaces.
Description
The CT-121 threaded temperature sensor features a fixed thread structure, providing excellent shock resistance and pressure resistance. It can be securely installed in various pressure vessels or fluid pipelines, effectively improving sensing accuracy and durability.
This temperature sensor supports a variety of sensing elements, including K-type and J-type thermocouples, as well as high-precision PT100 platinum resistors, suitable for various temperature measurement needs from room temperature to high temperature (up to 1000 °C). The probe part is made of SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance, making it suitable for long-term use in high-temperature or chemical environments.
The CT-121 offers a variety of customization options, including probe diameter (6.3mm / 8mm), length, 1/4"PT or 1/2"PT thread size, wire length, and end connector type, to flexibly adapt to different application conditions and space constraints, making it an ideal temperature sensing solution for various industrial temperature control systems.
