The CT-123 snap-fit temperature sensing wire features a quick-install design and supports K/J type thermocouples and PT100 platinum resistors. Probe length, wire configuration, and material specifications can be customized to meet specific needs. It is suitable for applications requiring rapid assembly/disassembly or frequent calibration, such as mold monitoring, automated devices, and equipment maintenance, making it an important tool for improving temperature measurement efficiency and reliability.
Description
The CT-123 snap-fit temperature sensing wire features a snap-fit design (single or double hook, rivet outer diameter 12φ/15φ/17φ), enabling quick installation and secure fixation. It is particularly suitable for environments requiring frequent disassembly or adjustment of molds, plates, or pipeline walls. During maintenance, calibration, or batch measurement, its position can be quickly changed or adjusted, saving time.
This temperature sensing wire supports K-type and J-type thermocouples, as well as high-precision PT100 platinum resistors (Class 2/Class A/B), meeting common industrial needs in medium and low temperature applications. The CT-123 offers complete customization options, covering sensing elements, wire length, snap-fit type, and wire material, allowing for flexible matching to application conditions. It is particularly suitable for temperature sensing applications requiring precise and rapid installation, such as plastic injection molds, food processing machines, and automated measurement devices.
