The CT-125 snap-fit temperature sensing wire features a double-hook snap-fit design, enabling quick assembly and disassembly and fine-tuning of the position. It is particularly suitable for mold making, frequent temperature changes, or industrial environments requiring calibration. Supporting K/J type thermocouples and PT100 platinum resistors, probe length, wire specifications, and materials can be customized to provide a highly efficient and stable temperature control solution.
Description
The CT-125 snap-fit type temperature sensing wire comes with an adjustable snap-fit (double hook, 12φ outer diameter, copper material), which can be quickly and securely fixed to molds, pipelines or flat surfaces, allowing for immediate disassembly and fine-tuning of position, improving maintenance and calibration efficiency.
The conductor is covered with a high-temperature resistant stainless steel mesh, which can withstand temperature changes from -200 °C to 200 °C. If higher temperatures or longer lengths are required, adjustments can be made according to custom requirements.

- Probe length: can be specified as needed (e.g., 30mm, 50mm, 100mm and above)
Wire Material Selection
- PVC wire: Temperature resistant from -20°C to 105°C, suitable for normal temperature environments, and affordable.
- Teflon wire: Temperature resistance from -60°C to 200°C, oil and acid/alkali resistant.
- Fiberglass braided yarn: Temperature resistant up to 400°C, suitable for high-temperature industrial environments.
- Metal braided wire: Temperature resistant up to 500°C, wear-resistant and interference-resistant, suitable for high-frequency interference areas.
