CT-126 Compression-type Temperature Probe

The CT-126 is a snap-fit temperature sensor with a single or double hook design, suitable for quick installation on mold surfaces or flat workpieces. It supports K/J type thermocouples and PT100 platinum resistors, providing stable temperature sensing and a highly repeatable installation experience. Probe length, wire material, and snap-fit size can be customized to meet specific needs, making it widely applicable in industrial settings such as plastic injection molding, automation equipment, and heating control.
Description
The CT-126 snap-fit type temperature sensor features a quick-installation snap-fit structure, available in single-hook and double-hook versions, and comes with various snap-fit outer diameters such as 12φ / 15φ / 17φ. This allows for easy and secure fixing of the temperature sensor to the surface of molds, pipelines, or mechanisms, making it suitable for applications that require repeated disassembly, assembly, or repositioning.
The CT-126 offers complete customization services, including the type of sensing element, probe length, snap-fit type, wire length and connector type, to flexibly meet the needs of various production lines and heating control, making it a high-efficiency solution for temperature monitoring in industrial settings.

- R/S/B type thermocouple: approx. +600°C ~ +1600°C
- PT100: –200°C ~ +500°C (depending on package and wire material)
Probe Appearance and Dimensions
- Standard probe diameters: Φ1.6, Φ3.2, Φ4.8, Φ6.3 mm (Φ0.25, Φ0.5, Φ1.0 can be customized)
- Probe length: can be specified as needed (e.g., 30mm, 50mm, 100mm and above)
Wire Material Selection
- PVC wire: Temperature resistant from -20°C to 105°C, suitable for normal temperature environments, and affordable.
- Teflon wire: Temperature resistance from -60°C to 200°C, oil and acid/alkali resistant.
- Fiberglass braided yarn: Temperature resistant up to 400°C, suitable for high-temperature industrial environments.
- Metal braided wire: Temperature resistant up to 500°C, wear-resistant and interference-resistant, suitable for high-frequency interference areas.
