CT-127 Compression-type Temperature Probe

The CT-127 is a snap-fit temperature sensor with a single or double hook snap-fit design, suitable for quick installation on mold surfaces, flat pipelines, or equipment panels. It allows for rapid disassembly for maintenance or repositioning. The sensing element, probe length, snap-fit type, and wire type can be customized to meet specific requirements. It is widely used in industrial applications such as plastic injection molding, automation control, and heat treatment systems.
Description
The CT-127 snap-fit temperature sensor features a quick-install snap-fit structure, offering both single and double hook fastening options. It comes in various snap-fit sizes, including 12φ, 15φ, and 17φ, and is available in SUS304 or SUS316 materials. It can be securely installed on molds, flat plates, or pipeline surfaces, making it suitable for applications requiring frequent disassembly, assembly, or positioning adjustments.
This product also offers customization services, including the type of temperature sensing element, probe length, snap-fit type and material, wire length and connector type, to meet diverse industrial needs.

- Class A, Class B, 1/10 DIN, 1/5 DIN, 1/3 DIN (select according to application)

Wire Length
- Standard length 1 meter, can be extended as needed.
Temperature Range (depending on the sensing element)
- Type K thermocouple: Approximately –50°C to +1200°C
- Type T thermocouple: Approximately –250°C to +350°C
- J-type thermocouple: approx. –40°C ~ +750°C
- R/S/B type thermocouple: approx. +600°C ~ +1600°C
- PT100: –200°C ~ +500°C (depending on package and wire material)
Probe Appearance and Dimensions
- Standard probe diameters: Φ1.6, Φ3.2, Φ4.8, Φ6.3 mm (Φ0.25, Φ0.5, Φ1.0 can be customized)
- Probe length: can be specified as needed (e.g., 30mm, 50mm, 100mm and above)
Wire Material Selection
- PVC wire: Temperature resistant from -20°C to 105°C, suitable for normal temperature environments, and affordable.
- Teflon wire: Temperature resistance from -60°C to 200°C, oil and acid/alkali resistant.
- Fiberglass braided yarn: Temperature resistant up to 400°C, suitable for high-temperature industrial environments.
- Metal braided wire: Temperature resistant up to 500°C, wear-resistant and interference-resistant, suitable for high-frequency interference areas.
