The CT-128 features an L-shaped snap-fit design, specifically designed for attachment to mold edges, flat pipelines, or panels, enabling quick installation and removal and providing high-repeatability temperature sensing. It supports K/J type thermocouples and PT100 platinum resistors, and the sensing element, length, and material can be customized to meet application requirements. It is widely used in industrial processes such as injection molding, automation control, equipment maintenance, and heat treatment.
Description
The CT-128 L-type snap-fit temperature sensor features a single or double hook L-type snap-fit design, available in 12φ, 15φ, and 17φ snap-fit sizes, and made of SUS304 or SUS316 material. It is suitable for installation on mold edges, flat workpieces, or pipeline edges, providing quick assembly and disassembly and high stability. CT-128's precise customization service covers the type of temperature sensing element, probe length, snap-fit type and material, wire length, and termination method, flexibly meeting the needs of various industrial sites.

Wire Material Selection
- PVC wire: Temperature resistant from -20°C to 105°C, suitable for normal temperature environments, and affordable.
- Teflon wire: Temperature resistance from -60°C to 200°C, oil and acid/alkali resistant.
- Fiberglass braided yarn: Temperature resistant up to 400°C, suitable for high-temperature industrial environments.
- Metal braided wire: Temperature resistant up to 500°C, wear-resistant and interference-resistant, suitable for high-frequency interference areas.
