The CT-131 features a rugged and durable design, specifically built for high-pressure environments such as high-pressure vessels and piping systems, ensuring stable and accurate temperature sensing even under harsh conditions. It supports Type K and Type J thermocouples as well as PT100 platinum resistors, making it suitable for a wide range of temperature applications.

Description

The CT-131 pressure-resistant temperature sensor is made of high-quality SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel. The standard probe length is 300 mm. It boasts excellent pressure and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for prolonged use in high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive environments. The lead wire is covered with a stainless steel mesh, offering a wide temperature range and ensuring stable signal transmission and interference resistance.

This product can be customized according to customer needs, including the type of temperature sensing element, probe length, wire material, and connector type, to flexibly meet the temperature monitoring needs of different industrial equipment and systems. It is a reliable and efficient temperature control solution under high pressure environments.

Wire Material Selection

  • PVC wire: Temperature resistant from -20°C to 105°C, suitable for normal temperature environments, and affordable.
  • Teflon wire: Temperature resistance from -60°C to 200°C, oil and acid/alkali resistant.
  • Fiberglass braided yarn: Temperature resistant up to 400°C, suitable for high-temperature industrial environments.
  • Metal braided wire: Temperature resistant up to 500°C, wear-resistant and interference-resistant, suitable for high-frequency interference areas.
